Victoria

I had a great time in Victoria for the new course I am starting and then met up with my brother who came over from Vancouver where he is currently living. We had a great time exploring after my course and looking at some beautiful trees. Which was fun with my forester brother though we would have done more if I had hiking boots.

Have a new computer since my old one died, sigh what a pain but enjoying the new one and - dare I say it - Vista. Two more days of work before the holiday when I will be off to see my family at my sister's in St. Louis, including my 2 nephews. The latest (no name yet) decided he wanted to be here for the celebrations and arrived yesterday 3 weeks early!!

First Sock

And I have already started on the second sock so hopefully I'll be wearing them in a few months - holiday projects needing to take precedence at the moment. Though I do have an upcoming bus ride and plane ride which may prove useful at getting them done!
