My friend gave me a huge zucchini out of her garden. I should have taken a photo of it before I started cutting it up, but this is what is still left to be used. I included the pen to give a sense of scale. I made some yummy Zucchini Soup and some Zucchini Bread (to take in and share at work.) |  |

I've had zucchini bread, but the soup sounds good. How did it turn out? I know people with too many zucchinis. :)
