Showing the Kellers our life in Dijon

Our honourary grandparents the Kellers came to visit us.  They got a big kick out of the way we lived.  Note the desk lamp attached to our dinner table - we have very few sources of light.  Also my parents bed which had to be pumped every night.  The final photo was from their hotel room.

The first picture is of our dining table and the place where we worked as well as ate. We had only camp chairs, no luxury. The second and third pictures are of the "master bedroom". Wilf and Mom slept on an air matress for a whole year, in the tent and in the apartment. The Kellers laughed when they saw our sleeping arrangements. The last picture is the window of the Keller's hotel room. Ma Keller said that the shower in the room was so small that she could not turn around but on the other hand there was no possibility of her falling in the shower.
